Graphic Designer

Direct Signs and Designs is currently seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer for our fast-paced team in El Dorado Hills. This position is full time: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, from 8:30am–5:30pm at our office in El Dorado Hills. This position requires the employee to work on premise all week.

This is a key position that works closely with the Graphic Design Manager and design team to create branding, signage, collateral, and promotional items for apartment complexes.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
• Skilled with Google Drive
• Skilled in performing operations with measurements, proportion, and scale (inches, feet)
• Proficient in making print ready files
• Knowledge of signage and ADA signage is a plus
• Marketing background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create signs, flags, flyers, promo items and more
• Follow established style guidelines and templates
• Develop fresh and creative branding for new projects
• Understand a plethora of different products and materials
• Attend office meetings with new ideas
• Organize files on Google Drive
• Communicate with office manager, project coordinator, and designers
